Refund policy

Return policy

You can request a return for unopened products delivered within the last 30 days. Products must be returned to Dr John's Favorites to receive your refund. We don’t offer an exchange of products.

When you contact us to start your return, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and a unique RMA number. Please write this RMA number on the outside of your return package before shipping it back to us.

Refunds are issued 5-10 business days after the products are received at the warehouse and are applied to the original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless Fullscript or the courier is at fault.

Returns may be refused from customers suspected of abusing this policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return processing times

Returns must be processed by the receiving warehouse before your refund is applied. This can take 5-10 business days once the item is received at the warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.


Payment refunds

Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order within 1-3 business days of receiving your return.
